Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe the general anesthetic effect of different concentrations of sufentanil combined with sevo-flurane in lumpectomy of breast. METHODS: 60 patients, 18~60 years old, ASA I -II degree, undergoing selective lumpecto-my of breast under general anesthesia were randomly divided into three groups: group A, B and C (20 patients in each group). After induction of anesthesia with sufentanil 0.3μg·kg-1 intravenous injection, sufentanil were sustained intravenous injected at dose of 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 μg·kg-1·h-1 combined with inhalation of sevoflurane-oxygen of which concentration were adjusted according to the change of hemodynamics in group A, B and C during the operation. The change of MAP, HR and BIS (bispectral index) values were recorded when laryneal mask were inserted and during the operation. And the comeback time of freedom breath, the time of goggle, the time of evulsion cannulation, the total dose of analgetic in the operation and adverse drug reactions were recorded at the end of the operation. RESULTS: Compared with group B, more patients' blood pressure were elevated in group A and more patients ' blood pressure were depressed in group C. The comeback time of freedom breath were obviously prolonged when sustained intravenous injection of sufentanil 0.4 μg·kg-1·h-1 was adopted during the operation. CONCLUSION: There are sound anesthetic effect and little adverse drug reactions when sustained intravenous injection of sufentanil 0.3 μg·kg-1·h-1 combined with inhalation of sevoflurane are used in lumpectomy of breast. The method should be spread in the clinic.关键词
