Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study the role of clinical pharmacists in developing pharmaceutical care in respiratory medicine department. METHODS: The experience of clinical pharmacists developing pharmaceutical care in respiratory medicine department of our hospital was introduced. Major work of clinical pharmacists in respiratory medicine department included providing drug information for clinical physicians, participating in the formulation of reasonable therapeutic regimens, reviewing medical order, correcting medication errors, assisting nurses to deal with problems; providing medication education and guidance for patients. RE-SULTS&CONCLUSION: Clinical pharmacists exert pharmaceutical knowledge and carry out clinical pharmaceutical care, which can help physicians use medicines rationally and provide medication education for patients and promote rational and safe drug use. It is accepted by physicians and patients.关键词
