摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of the combination therapy of the compound betamethason injection and 5% imiquimod cream in keloid. Methods Eighty keloid patients were allocated into two groups.The treatment group was given betamethason injection every 2 weeks in combination with topical 5% imiquimod cream every other day for 2 months. The control group was given betamethason injection alone. Results At the 1 month follow-up, the improvement rate of treatment group and control group were respectively 67.57% and 60.47% and no obvious difference was observed. At the 1 month follow-up.the improvement rate of treatment group (80.56%) and significant higher than that of control group (65.85%).No patients was lost to the treatment.The adverse events included slight to moderate pain and uncomfortableness in injection sites.as well as occasional slight atrophy, telangiectasis and hypertrichosis. Conclusion Compound betamethason injection in combination with 5% imiquimod cream was safe and satisfactory in the treatment of keloid with low recurrence rate and good compliance.关键词
