Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ultrapulse CO2 laser in the treatment of seborrheic keratosis. Methods 153 patients of seborrheic keratosis were treated by ultrapulse CO2 laser. Topical anesthesia with compound lidocaine cream was adopted. According to the lesions, reasonable parameter of ultrapulse CO2 laser was selected, with the power of 5~12mJ,the rate of 10-20 times per second. Results Remarkable curative effect was shown in all the 153 cases, the total effective rate was 100%. The cure rates of single and double treatment was 89.4% and 97.6%. Conclusion The treatment of seborrheic keratosis with ultrapulse CO2 laser is effective, quick and side effects.关键词
