温补肾阳方对创伤后应激障碍大鼠行为学及血浆17-OHCS、cAMP影响的研究
Study on the Effect ot Prescription for Warming and Recuperating the Kidney-Yang on the Ethology and 17-OHCS, cAMP in Plasma of PTSD Rat
摘要
Abstract
Objective; To Study on the effect of prescription for wanning and recuperating the kidney-Yang on th'e ethology and 17-OHCS、 cAMP in plasma of PTSD rat. Methods; 36 adult SD rats which were similar in weight and open-field test grade were randomly divided into a normal group, a PTSD model group and the WBSYF group. Separated feeding, SPS method which was verified by intemation were used for developing PTSD rat model. Measuring rats' behavior at regular intervals and 17 -OHCS, cAMP in plasma through ELISA method. To observe the effect on PTSD rat model treated by prescription for wanning and recuperating the kidney-Yang. Results; The score of Open-Field, sucrose solution consumption, 17-OHCS and cAMP of PTSD model group was obviously lower than that of normal group (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01); the scores of Open-Field, sucrose solution consumption, 17-OHCS and cAMP of treatment groups improved much better than PTSD model group, There was significant difference between PTSD model group and treatment group ( P<0. 05 ). Conclusion: The findings have indicated that the efficacy of prescription for wanning and recuperating the kidney-Yang has positive effect of PTSD rats.关键词
