Determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Different Habitats Berberis kansuensis Schmeid by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To discuss the contents of Berberis kansuensis Schneid in Qinghai different producing areas. Methods ; To assay the berberine hydrochloride contents of Berberis kansuensis Schneid in Qinghai different areas by HPLC and study on reproducibility, lineal relation, precision of method. Results; Berberine hydrochloride has good lineal relation in the concentration of 0. 0138 ~0. 1615mg · mL-1, r=0. 9995, the average recoveries were 97.67% , repeatability RSD was 1.48% (n = 6). Conclusion; There is no significant differences in berberine hydrochloride content between the samples, and the berberine hydrochloride content is a little bit higher in Berberis kansuensis Schneid which grows in Qinghai Hualong than that of others.关键词
