Abstract
For the situation that the current scheduling system operating mechanism is imperfect and power emergency command center lacks of a clear basis for decision making, this paper presents a more complete power system evaluation index system of accident state and tendency grade through analyzing power system accident and disaster via the real-time inforamation acquired from six information system. Using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) method to evaluate the power system accident situation comprehensively, this method provides power emergency command center with the reference of available information, and has positive practical significance for the system quickly accessing to emergency response and taking response measures. In the end. The rationality and effectiveness of the method is validated in the example of the IEEE-30 system.关键词
