Abstract
The main task of interconnection between power grid is maintaining grid frequency quality and improving the unit's regulation and control performance to amplify the superiority of large power grid operation. Based on provincial power dispatching control, this paper describes AGC's development and control state in China by taking Chongqing Power Grid AGC control for example, and then proposes improvement suggestion from three aspects. The units of whole network is divided into three categories ? Namely day-forecast generating unit, ultra-short term load forecasting generating unit and tie-line AGC generating unit. The fifteen-minute ultra-short term load forecasting is used in power dispatching and coordination control scheme is adopted among the generators. The on-spot operation shows the proposed strategy effectively improves the dispatching control quality of Chongqing AGC.关键词
