Abstract
Objective: To record the treatment process of in vitro fertilization - embryo transfer (IVF - ET) and guard against nursing disputes. Methods: According to the clinical work characteristics of assisted reproduction, the IVF - ET table - type nursing records was designed following the scientific, objective, comprehensive, detailed, complete principles. Results: The designed nursing records were concise and objective and detailed, meeting the clinical requirements. Conclusion: IVF - ET records in clinical application are helpful to control the nursing quality and prevent nursing disputes.关键词
