Study on influence and strategy of nursing talent loss caused by organizational scene factors

Abstract
The nursing talent loss can influence the medical quality and safety. Organizational scene factors (role stress, organizational commitment, organizational justice, organizational support) were root reasons causing the talent loss. The article reviewed the countermeasures of nursing talent loss from aspects of keeping people in salary, system, career, emotion, culture and environment.关键词
