摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the expression of duffy antigen receptor for chemokines (DARC) in different breast cancer genotype. Methods: Human tissue sections were taken from 300 breast cancer patients, 28-80(53. 74 ± 11. 37) years old, DARC, estrogen receptor(ER), progesterone receptor(PR), cytokeratin 5, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) expression were examined by immunohistochemistry. Results: High expression of DARC immunostaintng in different breast cancer genotype were basal-like subtype 38. 60% ,HER2 subtype 46. 15% , luminal A subtype 76. 92% , luminal B subtype 55. 68% , normal breast-like subtype 63. 16% , the difference was significant (P<0.01). Conclusions; DARC different expression in breast cancer genotypes is significant.关键词
