Abstract
Objective To explore the features of uremia in senile patients, and find out techniques and nursing highlights of maintenance hematodialysis in order to improve the life quality of senile uremia patients. Methods According to the characteristics of the senile uremia patients, dialysis administration was implemented. Synthetic administration was performed in terms of the choices of dialyser, the blood flow, dialysate concentration, temperature, ultrafiltrate amount, frequency and time of dialysis. Special nursing was enforced in environment, psychological nursing, body weight monitoring, blood vessel, respiratory, progression and complications. Results By enforcing dialysis technique and nursing, the quality of dialysis in the senile uremia patients was guaranteed and 98 percent satisfaction rate was achieved. Meanwhile no complications occurred. Conclusion By enforcing dialysis technique and nursing in the senile uremia patients, the participating awareness of family members enhanced and the satisfaction of patient improved. At the same time, the technical level of nursing staff can be upgraded.关键词
