摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the nursing main points of mechanical on ventilation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with II type of respiratory failure. Methods 40 COPD with II type of respiratory failure patients with respiratory failure received routine comprehensive treatments and mechanical ventilation. Results After comprehensive treatment and careful nursing, 36 of 40 COPD with II type of respiratory failure patients improved, who got rid of breathing machine with normal blood gas analysis, and 4 patients died of multiple organ failure. Conclusion Mechanical ventilation is an important method to save COPD with II type of respiratory failure patients. Successful mechanical ventilation depends on the careful nursing measures such as management of respirator tract, tracheal catheter nursing and basic nursing.关键词
