摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore nursing cooperation and the application of titanium clip in ESD. Methods The choosing, application, and nursing cooperation of titanium clip in 87 ESD cases were retrospectively summarized. Results The operation was successful in 85 patients. The titanium clip was used to stop bleeding in 67 patients and 26 patients used it in suture wound surface. Perforation was found in 3 patients, and titanium clip was used in the perforative position, and all patients were discharged in about one week after operation. Conclusion Titanium clip has great effect on hemostasis and suture in ESD, which can remarkably improve surgery safety. Nurses should know the types of titanium, function, and cooperation with doctors, which is significant to a successful operation.关键词
