摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore effect of nursing intervention based on family on patients with prehypertension in community. Methods Fifty - six hypertensive patients in the community were chosen as the management objects, and they were offered guidance and one ~ to - one household interview, and dietary and exercise intervention according to their own family conditions. One year later, their physiological and biochemical indicators were measured. Results The patients' systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) were significantly lowered compared with preinterveintion (P<0.01). After the intervention, the number of times of daily exercise improved from (2.2±1.1) to (4.3±1.5). Bad habits such as having high-fat, salty diet and less exercise were significantly improved. Conclusion Nursing management model based on family in the community for prehypertension can prevent the occurrence of hypertension disease.关键词
