冠脉旁路移植术中桡动脉的应用
Application of Radial Artery in Coronary Artery Bypass Graft
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss techniques and safety precautions for harvesting the radial artery in coronary artery bypass graft. Methods: Through the understanding of anatomy of the radial artery, a total of 63 patients were retrospective analysised in three areas of the preoperative judgment, clinical experience of harvesting the radial artery and postoperative prevention to vascular graft spasm. Results: All patients had no forearm movement dysfunction, 3 patients had transient paresthesia. No forearm and hand ischemic complications appeared. Graft patency rate was satisfaction with the recent. Conclusions.- Correct preoperative assessment and adequate postoperative protection are necessary guarantees for the harvesting the radial artery as a vascular graft materials.关键词
