Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of different aperture precision infusion sets on pain and phlebitis caused by bacteriophage of Quinolone. Methods 210 patients were divided into three groups randomly, namely experiment group 1( n = 70) which was treated with precision infusion set 5.0μm, experiment group 2 (n = 67) which was treated with precision infusion set 3. 0 μm, and control group (n =73) which was treated with infusion set 15.0 μm. All patients were intravenously dripped the bacteriophage of Quinolone in 40 gtt/min. Incidence rates of the pain and phlebitis of all three groups were observed. Results The dripping rates of all three groups met the standard. The incidence rate of the pain and phlebitis caused by precision infusion set 5.0μm was lower that of normal infusion set. The incidence rate of the pain and phlebitis caused by precision infusion set 3.0μm was lower that of 5.0μm.Conclusion The pain and phlebitis can be reduced effectively by using precision infusion set 5.0 μm and precision infusion set 3.0μm, but the group of precision infusion set 3.0μm have better results.关键词
