摘要

Abstract

By introducing Astin's input - environment - outcome (I - E -O) model in bedside nursing teaching effect evaluation, it probed into related variables and the measurement of variables, so as to provide framework to construct nursing bedside teaching effect items evaluation based on I - E - O model for nursing educators.
