摘要
Abstract
Objectiye; To evaluate the main perfoinance for three types of point of caie testing( POCT) blood glucose meters and to leam the difference of glucose results beiween the venous blood by FOCT glucose meters and the plasna results tested by btochanical analyzer. M etiiods: The mprecisbn ofPOCT blood glucose meters was detected with contiolmaterials, the venous bbod glucose was detected with POCT while plasna glucose was detected with bfachsnical analyzer( TBA120-FR) in53 sanples All statistical a-nalysiswere perforned witi SPSS versbnlO.O statistical softvare Results; ThewithinCV of three type of gbcosemeterswere2.52% -2.78% , 2.43% ～ 3.55% , 2.06% ～2.15% respectively There was on significant difference beiweenPOCT and bbchanical analyzer( TBA120-FR) in53 clinical samples, the regression equations witi bbchanical analyzer( TBA120-FR) wereY =0.9541X +0.1072、Y =0.953 6X + 0.1842、Y =0.958 9X +0.095 6 respectively In themedicaldecision level, the differences from canparison with the comparison detectbn systanswere<5%. Conclisbn: Through nornalizatbn and calibration, POCT glucose testingmetiod can be used as the diabetic screening and bbod glucose monitoring fordiabetic.关键词
