Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of foresight nursingintervention on the prognosis of patients with intracranial aneurysm rupture inthe early GaBiShu. Methods Thirty -two cases were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. Sixteen cases in treatment group were given perioperative foresight nursing intervention. Sixteen cases in control group were treated with routines of neurosurgery. Cases of bleeding again, the cerebral vasospasm, gastrointestinal bleeding, electrolyte imbalance and lung infection in each group were observed, Glasgow (GCS) standard was applied when discharged. Results The incidences of complications were obviously lower in treatment group than in the control group. According to GCS standard, treatment group hadhigher scores than the control group. Conclusion The foresight nursing intervention on the prognosis of patients with intracranial aneurysm rupture in the early surgery, and the prevention of complications have obvious synergy, which can reduce mortality and morbidity and bring better outcomes to patients with.关键词
