Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effective nursing methods for preventing symptomatic cerebral vasospasm (CVS) after surgical clipping of intracranial aneurysms. Methods The key points of observation and nursing of CVS in 128 patients after surgical clipping of intracranial a-neurysms were summarized. Early observation was carried out in 128 patients after the craniotomy and clipping surgery of intracranial aneurysms, coupled with targeted psychological nursing intervention, cisternal catheter and medical care so as to prevent CVS. At the same time close observation was carried out on patient' s condition and complications. Results Symptomatic cerebral vasospasm occurred in 32 patients, among which 25 cases recovered well, 5 cases had moderate disability, and 2 cases were discharged from the hospital without cure of persistent coma. Conclusion Targeted psychological nursing could prevent and decrease the symptomatic CVS after surgical clipping of intracranial aneurysms effectively.关键词
