子宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变的疗效OACSTPCD
Clinical Analysis of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia Treated by Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure
目的:观察宫颈电环切除术(LEEP)治疗不同级别宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)的疗效.方法:对宫颈薄层液基细胞学(TCT)检查结果为不典型鳞状上皮(ASC)以上,阴道镜下活检诊断为宫颈CIN Ⅰ级75例、宫颈CIN Ⅱ级21例、CIN Ⅲ级2例患者行LEEP治疗,组织标记后行病理检查.LEEP术后每3个月以液基细胞学和阴道镜检查方法随访所有的患者.结果:术后3个月随访,宫颈糜烂100％愈合,宫颈细胞检查阴性96例,核异质2例,Leep治愈率可达97.9…查看全部>>
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) for the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). Methods: A total of 98 patients with CIN diagnosed by thinprep liquid-based cytology test (TCT) and biopsy guided by colposcopy were treated by LEEP, and the specimens were marked for further pathological examination.
