黄元御中气升降理论探析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the theory of ascending and descending of splenogastric qi by Huang Yuan-yu. Methods:Based on the medical literature written by Huang Yuan-yu,relevant discussion on the theory of ascending and descending of splenogastric qi by Huang Yuan - yu was analyzed and summarized and his academic thinking was also explored. Results:Wang regarded that the physiology and pathology of human body were constantly based on the theory of ascending and descending of splenogastric qi. He set forth that if splenogastric qi was sufficient,it would ascend and descend orderly and this was the root of human life;if splenogastric qi was insufficient,it will ascend and descend disorderly and all sorts of diseases could be resulted. Therefore,in clinic,dredging water and replenishing fire,supporting yang and suppressing yin,cultivating earth and activating spleen and stomach could refresh and rotate splenogastric qi,replace the turbid and pure and harmonize the fire and water,which were the principal methods to prevent disease and prolong longevity. Conclusion:The academic thinking of Huang Yuan-yu in emphasizing splenogastric qi has great clinical significance in guiding clinic.关键词
