滋阴活血利咽口服液治疗慢性咽炎的实验研究
Experimental Study on Ziyin Huoxue Liyan Oral Liquid in Treating Chronic Pharyngitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the analgesic role and safety of ziyin huoxue liyan oral Liquid in treating chronic pharyngitis. Methods: The influence of ziyin huoxue liyan oral liquid on mice' s heat stimulation threshold and chemical stimulation of causing pain was observed. Mice' s toxic reactions and death after intragastric administration for one time were also observed. Results:Ziyin huoxue liyan o-ral liquid could increase mice' s heat stimulation threshold and prohibit chemical stimulation pain caused by acetic acid; twenty mice had no poisoning reactions and none were dead during 7 experimental days. Mice' s largest tolerance dose of ziyin huoxue liyan oral Liquid was five hundred and eighty grams active compound per kilogram, which was more than 239 times that of an adult' s clinical daily doses. Conclusion:Ziyin huoxue liyan oral liquid possesses some analgesic action with great safety.关键词
