通脉胶囊对家兔血小板聚集的实验研究
Experimental Study of Tongmai Capsule on Platelet Aggregation of Rabbits
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the action of Tongmai capsule on platelet aggregation of rabbits. Methods:Bom' s turbidimetric method was used to observe the Tongmai capsule' s effect on platelet aggregation rate of rabbits and compared with the control group. Results: Tongmai capsule could significantly reduce adenosine diphosphate (ADP) ,arachidonic acid (AA) and collagen-induced rabbit platelet aggregation (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Tongmai capsule can significantly inhibit platelet aggregation of rabbits.关键词
