Abstract
Objective:To investigate the best prescription ratio of siwu decoction in treating dysmenorrhea. Methods:The four -factor and three-level orthogonal experiment regarded dysmenorrhea model of mice as an indicator to evaluate anti - dysmenorrhea effect. Results: Among siwu decoction, the efficacy of level 3 ( 12 g) of angelica in treating dysmenorrhea was significantly higher than that of level 1(3 g) and level 2 (6 g). Compared with level 1 (3 g) and level 2 (6 g),level 3 (9 g) of rhizome showed an increasing trend;the efficacy of three levels of rehmannia and white peony root were almost in the same level. Conclusion:The best prescription ratio of siwu decoction in treating dysmenorrheal was angelica 12 g,rhizome 9 g,white peony root 6 g,and rehmannia 9 g.关键词
