摘要
Abstract
Objective: To discuss the effect of perioperative nutritional support and treatment for immune function and quality of life in the patients with colorectal cancer. Method: 48 cases with colorectal cancer surgery were randomly divided into two groups, 24 cases were in each group. The observation group was given perioperative nutritional support and chemotherapy, the control group was given the single adjuvant chemotherapy, then compared the immune function and quality of life situation between the two groups. Result: After the treatment, the immune parameters were significant different between the two groups (P<0. 05 ) ; the KPS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, there was significant difference (P<0.05); the numbers of the weight gain and stability in the observation group was significantly higher than thet in the control group, there was significant statistical difference ( P<0. 05).Conclusion: The perioperative nutritional support and treatment can increase immunity and improve quality of life of the patients with colorectal cancer, it is worth to be promoting clinically.关键词
