风险管理在血液透析护理管理中的应用分析

Abstract
Objective: To discuss the effect of hemodialysis risk management based upon the clinical effect of application of risk management in the hemodialysis management in our hospital. Method: We selected the clinical data of hemodialysis nursing from Mar. 2009 to Mar. 2010 and took the general nursing as the control group, and selected the clinical data of hemodialysis nursing from March 2010 to March 2011 and adopted the risk management during the nursing as the observation group. Result: After comparing the observation group and control group, there were significant differences in the occurrence of nursing risk accidents, service satisfaction and night nursing risk accidents (P<0. 05) , as well as in the dialysis nursing, physician order processing and non-standard nursing (P<0.05) ; while there were no significant differences in the nursing complaint and accidents ( P>0. 05). Conclusion: After adopting the risk management, we can effectively identify the potential risk during the nursing because of the accuracy of empirical analysis. We can deal with the details of nursing management during the key nursing procedure and phases of hemodialysis to pursue the basic cause and achieve a better effect.关键词
