微生物转化在中药活性成分研究中的应用
Application of Microbial Transformation in the Study of Active Constituents of Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Biological active constituents from Chinese medicine is the substantial basis for the treatment of various diseases by Chinese materia medica ( CMM) and also one of the most important substances for the modernization of CMM. Microbial transformation is playing a very important role in Chinese medicine, and it is widely used in the synthesis of natural medicine and leading compounds for specific molecular structure of modification. The micorbial transformation can enhance the effect of medicine, reduce toxicity, adjust bioavailablity, and it is also helpful to study the mechanism of drug metabolism. This review introduces the application of microbial transformation in studying active constituents of medical plants.关键词
