Abstract
Objective To analyse the risk factors of neonatal infection and implement prevention and control measures in nursing. Methods By orderly surveillance, we statistic and analyse neonatal infection factors in neonatal unit within 4 years, ruling out false positives and false negatives. Results From 2007 to 2010, we treated 4785 newborns, 207 cases of neonatal infection. Through effective nursing measures, neonatal infection rate fell down from 4.2% in 2007 to 2.1 % in 2010, there were statistically significan(P< 0.05). Conclusion The incidence of neonatal infection was closely related to layout process, ward environment, health care and variety of invasive operations in neonatal ward. We can control the incidence by optimizing the layout of the process, strengthening the disinfection, good control of invasive operations, strict aseptic operations, strengthening hand hygiene and etc.关键词
