摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of humanistic nursing care in the patients with the orthopedic surgery and research nursing measures to improve the nursing quality. Method: Collect 62 patients with the orthopedic surgery in the same period .they were divided into the routine nursing group and the humanistic nursing group equally.then compare the HAMD score.the HAMA score.the clinical treatment compliance and the clinical care satisfaction. Rcsult:There was a statistical significant(P<0. 05) in the above aspects,the humanistic care group's clinical effect were better than the routine care group's. Conclusion: We should actively implement humanistic nursing in the orthopedic surgery patients,it could promote the patient's recovery and reduce the nurse-patient disputes,it was worthy of being widely implemented.关键词
