Abstract
Objective:To compare the difference of ursolic acid contents in liuwei dihuang Pill (concentrated pill) determined by high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) and thin layer chromatography (TLC) scanning. Methods :HPLC and HPTLC were adopted to determine the content of ursolic acid in test sample solution of liuwei dihuang pill (concentrated pill). Results:The results measured by two methods were almost approximate, but the deviation between two samples determined by HPTLC was larger and the repeatability was worse. Conclusion: The precision of HPLC is conspicuously higher than that of HPTLC.关键词
