竹鼠肺炎克雷伯氏菌的分离鉴定
Isolation and identification on K.peneumoniae in Rhizomys
摘要
Abstract
In order to report the pathogenic bacteria from Rhizomys breeding and the main biological characteristics of the pathogen, one strain of the predominant bacteria from pathologic tissues of diseased and dying Rhizomys were examined and isolated. The 16S Rdna gene detection was conducted. Artificial infection test and antibiotic sensitivity test about the isolated bacteria were also conducted. The strain was isolated and identified as K. Peneumoniae, and had pathogenicity to mice. The antibiotic sensitivity test revealed that the strain was highly sensitive to cefmetazole etal, sensitive to amikacin etal. And resistant to lincomycin et al. K. Peneumoniae was bacterial pathogen leading to disease of Rhizomys.关键词
