祛斑养阴颗粒剂联合糖皮质激素治疗系统性红斑狼疮临床研究
Observation on Clinical Effects of Qnban Yangyin Granules Combined with Glucocorticoids in Treating Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of quban yangyin granules in treating systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods:80 patients diagnosed with SLE were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in treatment group and 40 cases in control group. Control group was given glucocorticoids as the main treatment, whereas the treatment group took glucocorticoids plus quban yangyin granules. Courses of treatment for both groups were 3 months. Results: Comparison of the clinical effects, clinical symptoms, improvements in laboratory indicators and adverse reactions of both groups showed the treatment group was superior to the control group. Most of the indicators had significant differences (P <0.05 ). Conclusion:Quban yangyin granules combined with glucocorticoids can effectively treat SLE, improve patients' symptoms and laboratory indicators,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve clinical effects.关键词
