苍附导痰汤治疗风痰阻络型急性脑梗塞临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Danhong Injection in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods:64 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. 32 patients in the control group were given routine basic treatment, while 32 patients in the treatment group were additionally given Danhong Injection,20 mL added with physiologic saline,230 mL for intravenous infusion based on the basic treatment, one time per day with 14 d as a course of treatment. Neurological deficit scores and clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment. Results:The clinical efficacy and neurological deficit score were significantly reduced. Compared with the control group, there was significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion:Danhong Injection has great efficacy in the treatment of cerebral infarction, which plays a certain role in anti - thrombosis.关键词
