摘要

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of high concentrations of glucose on Ih in ICCs from bladder of adult guinea pigs. Methods Primarily cultured bladder ICCs from adult guinea pigs were harvested by collagenase digestion. The whole-cell patch clamp technique was used to record the Ih in ICCs cultured in glucose concentration of 5 ( control group)、15 ( high glucose group I )、30 mmol/L ( high glucose group Ⅱ ) of culture medium. Result The Ih value in the control group was (505.75 ±157.660) pA, (349. 25 ±71.087) pA in high glucose group Ⅰ , (95.00 ±33. 337) pA in high glucose group Ⅱ, all P <0.05. Conclusion High concentrations of glucose environment can lead to lower current value of Ih, it may be one of the reasons causing the diabetic cystopathy.
