活骨注射液髋关节腔注射对兔VEGF mRNA表达影响的研究
The Effect of Huogu Injection for Hip Joint Cavity Injection on the Expression of VEGF mRNA of Rabbits
摘要
Abstract
Objective; To explore the change and the significance of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) messenger RNA expressed in the osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH). Method;24 new Zealand rabbits were randomly and equally divided into normal control group and model group. Each group contained 12 rabbits. The ONFH models were copied by liquid nitrogen refrigerating. The normal control group was injected Huogu injection into hip joint,and model group was injected normal saline into hip joint. The change of VEGF mRNA was monitored by means of RT - PCR after the rabbits were killed at the time of the first and the ninth week. Results; Huogu injection had an effect on the expression of VEGF mRNA(F <0. 01),which was meaningful in statistics;The factor of time influenced the expression of VEGF mRNA(P <0. 05), which was meaningful in statistics. Conclusion; Huoguinjection may promote the expression of VEGF mRNA, which can last more than 9 weeks.关键词
