中西医结合治疗心功能衰竭临床研究
Clinical Research of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for Treating Heart Failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the curative effects of single western medicine with that of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods: 132 cases were randomized into two groups. One group was treated with single western medicine (control group) and the other group with western medicine integrated with jiuxin decoction retention enema. The chief prescription contained raw dahuang,raw muli,pugongying,liuyuexue and the dosage of each was 30 g. It was modified according to different syndromes. The curative effects were measured after the tests of brain natriuretic peptide ( BNP) level 15 days later. Results:The curative effects of the treatment group was much better than that of the control group and there was significant difference between the two groups according to the statistical analysis (P < 0.05). Conclusion:The curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is more ideal,so it is worth being spread in clinical application.关键词
