摘要

Abstract

Integrated Evaluation of Environment Impacts (IEEI) is to evaluate effects added by Water-saving improvement in irrigation districts (WIID) on Ids environment by constructing evaluation system and adopting proper mathematical method. Since evaluation index system has multi-complexity, reflecting on difference of scale, attributes and magnitude, IEEI is the multi-objective comprehensive evaluation. Case study proves that Analytic Hierarchy Process might be the proper method to apply in IEEI.
