儿童哮喘临床护理路径的建立与应用
Establishment and application of clinical nursing pathway in childhood asthma cases

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of clinical nursing pathway in childhood asthma cases. Methods A total of 320 cases of childhood bronchial asthma in our hospital from June 2009 to May 2010 were selected. They were randomly divided into the experimental group (n = 162, receiving care according to clinical nursing pathway forms strictly) and control group (n = 158, receiving routine care). The patients' average hospital stay, medical expense, complication incidence, and satisfaction with nursing care were compared. Results Compared with those in the control group, the average hospital stay, medical expense, and complication incidence in the experimental group were significantly lower , and the satisfaction with nursing care was significantly higher (P<0.05) . Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in childhood asthma cases can effectively reduce the patients' complication incidence, average hospital stay and medical expense, and improve their satisfaction with nursing care.关键词
