Statistical Analysis on Constant-stress Accelerated Life Test under Random Censoring of Weibull Distriction
摘要
Abstract
This paper considers accelerated constant-stress life test terminated by random censoring and presented a model based on Weibull distriction. Our approach of accelerated coefficients are based on Maximum Likelihood Estimate (MLE) and least square method. Furthermore, we can get the approach of lifetime and the other reliability characteristics under the usual stress.关键词
