二茂铁膦键连到Merrifield树脂上的负载研究
Immobilization of Ferrocenyl Phosphine Tethered to Merrifield Resin

Abstract
2-Diphenylphosphino-ferrocenyl-ethyl-5-hydroxyl-3-oxo-pentyl ether (phos-phine 2) has been tethered through the hydroxyl of phosphine 2 onto Merrifield resin to form a new immobilized ferrocenyl phosphine ligand (phosphine 3). The loading of phosphine 3 is 0. 53 mmol/g determined by elemental analysis. The species of phosphine oxide contaminated have not been detected by the 31P NMR spectrum of phosphine 3. The immobilized phosphine 3 can be used as supporting ligand for the palladium-catalyzed Suzuki reaction to couple aryl bromides with phenyl boronic acid to form corresponding biaryls in excellent yields.关键词
