膨润土负载纳米铁去除水中甲基橙的研究
Study on Removal of Methyl Orange in Aqueous Solution Using Bentonite Supported Nanoscale Zero-valent Iron Particles

Abstract
Bentonite supported nanoscale zero-valent iron particles (B-nZVI) was prepared under the liquid-phase reduction, and the removal efficiency of methyl orange (MO) in aqueous solution using bentonite, nanoscale zero-valent iron particles (nZVI) and B-nZVI was investigated and parameters were also discussed such as time, pH value, dosage, temperature and so on, which affected on the removal efficiency of methyl orange. The results showed that under the condition of dosage of 1. 00 g/L,60 r/min, 30 ℃ ,pH = 6- 00, the removal efficiency of MO in aqueous solution was the best to 89.73%, the first 20 min, while only 40. 03% for nZVI and 2. 10% for bentonite, respectively. Meanwhile the removal efficiency of MO in aqueous solution with the initial concentration of 800 mg/L using B-nZVI was to 84. 49% after 60 min. In addition, the removal efficiency of MO in actual printing and dying wastewater with addition of 100 mg/L was to 99. 75% using B-nZVI and it indicated that B-nZVI will be a kind of potential materials of environmental remediation for high concentration printing and dying wastewater.关键词
