摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of refined diorthosis for recurrent sagging breasts. Methods After analyzing different kinds of traditional surgical methods, we developed a refined diorthosis for recurrent sagging breasts. Result Twenty-eight patients with recurrent sagging breasts received the surgery, and were followed-up for 6 ~ 24 months. After the surgery, the morphology of nipple was normal, the blood supply of nipple was fine, the wound healing was well, and no recurrence was observed. Twelve women delivered during the follow-up, and all the breast feed was normal. Conclusion This method of refined diorthosis was effective in treating recurrent sagging breasts, and was simple to performed.关键词
