摘要
Abstract
Uujective lo observe the clinical outcome ol surgical repairing lor lumbar spondyloysis with pedicle screw-lamina hook system. Methods 37 cases with lumbar spondylolysis were repaired by pedicle screw-lamina hook system fixation and local bone grafting. Results All patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months with an average of 9 months, the JOA scoring before operation and at the final follow-up was (19.08 ± 2.54) and (27.05 ± 1.73) respectively. CT scan showed that the isthmuses in all patients achieved bony fusion. No internal looseness or breakage was found in the pedicle screw-lamina hook system. Conclusion The pedicle screw-lamina hook system is a simple and effective kind of single segment fixation for repairing lumbar spondylolysis.关键词
