Abstract
A 3D matching method of mark points is proposed. Firstly, the possible matched points are obtained by estimating the position of the part measurement area, using the coded mark points. Secondly, according to some characters between coded and non-coded mark points, such as the distance, angle and direction, initial transformation from the local to the global coordinate frame is computed. Finally, the ultimate matched points are obtained based on the initial transformation, and the 3D matching of mark points is accomplished. This method is applicable in 3D data registration for free-form surface vision measurement using mark points. It is proved that the proposed method has high speed and accuracy.关键词
