Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of inhaling tiotropium bromide in patients with stable COPD. Methods:80 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly: conventional treatment was given to 40 patients as control group. Tiotropium bromide was inhaled by another 40 patients as treated group together with conventional treatment. Then the lung function test was measured after and before given those drugs in 2 groups. Results, The FEV1 %、FEV1、PEF、FEV1/FVC、V50、V25、Raw were markedly improved in the treatedgroup. The improvement of the lung functions were significantly greater in treated group than that in control group. And the clinical symptoms were also improved as well as the lung functions. Conclusion] The lung function and clinical symptoms of COPD can be evidently improved by inhaling tiotropium bromide. It is maybe a recommended treatment for the stable COPD.关键词
