金匮肾气丸对腺嘌呤致雄性不育模型大鼠精子质量与性激素含量的影响
Effects of Jingui Shenqi pills on sperm quality and contents of hormones in adenine-induced infertility rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of Jingui Shenqi pills(JGSQP) on sperm quality and contents of hormones in adenine-induced infertility rats. Methods:Total 30 SD rats were randomly divided into control group,ade-nine group and JCSQP group. Sperm quality of experimental rats were detected by automatic sperm quality analyzer, and contents of testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) were measured by radioimmunoassay. To observe testis by transmission electric microscopy. Results:Compared with adenine group, JGSQP group could significantly improve symptoms of kidney-yang deficiency,improve the sperm quality,including density of sperm,vialiblity of sperm and activity of sperm(P<0.05). It could increase content of T(P<0.05) and decrease contents of LH and FSH (P<0.05). The number of sperm significantly increased and damaged sertoli cells significantly improved. Conclusion;JCSQP can improve sperm quality significantly,increasing content of T and protecting the damaged sertoli cells are the possible mechanism of JGSQP.关键词
