Abstract
Potential talents have three characteristics of relativity immaturity and plasticity and they are the new force of enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises that have strong passion, strong desire, and enough courage for independent innovation. Managers should be good at finding potential talent through detail work and competition; train potential talent by providing the opportunity, giving the responsibility, tolerating failure; and bringing up a dynamic talent team by improving the training system, strengthening the rotation, establishing an incentive mechanism.关键词
