间歇曝气条件下短程硝化的实现及影响因素研究
Study on achievement and influencing factors of shortcut nitrification in intermittent aeration
摘要
Abstract
The achievement of shortcut nitrification in the intermittent aeration and the effect of temperature, pH and DO were studied. Using urban sewage, the intermittent aeration was applied for shortcut nitrification and nitrosobacteria was cultivated by inoculation. The results showed that after 22 days cultivation nitrosobacteria was successfully obtained,and nitrite accumulation rate could be up to 90% . The nitrite accumulation had the best effect under the conditions of temperature of 25℃ , pH = 7. 5 and DO < 1 mg/L,and the highest accumulation rate could be up to 96% . Intermittent aeration could achieve shortcut nitrification, and with the reasonable temperature, pH, DO,etc, the nitrite accumulation could be improved much better.关键词
